7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by IT Hub remain our property until full payment is received
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client unless stated otherwise
IT Hub reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials

IT Hub may use third party tools or platforms such as:
Facebook, Google, TikTok
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates made by third party services.
9. Limitation of Liability
IT Hub shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Performance fluctuations due to platform algorithm changes
All services are provided on a best-effort basis without guaranteed results.

Terminate agreements due to nonpayment or misuse of services
Clients may terminate services with prior written notice as per agreement terms.
