As these services are intangible and customized, refunds and returns are subject to specific conditions.

Payment was made in error or duplicated
Service was not initiated within the agreed timeframe due to our fault
Technical issues or failure to deliver the agreed service scope
Noncompliance with the written service agreement
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case by case basis.
3. NonRefundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Work has already started or partially completed
Client changes mind after project initiation
Delays caused by missing client information, approvals, or content
Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations not outlined in the agreement
Ad spend paid to third party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.)
Customized or onetime digital services
4. Service Revisions
Instead of refunds, IT Hub may offer:
Reasonable revisions within the agreed service scope
Performance optimization
issue resolution or corrective actions
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.
5. Return Policy
Since IT Hub offers digital services, there are no physical products to return.
All deliverables are provided digitally and are considered final upon delivery and approval.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or service delivery.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Transaction or processing fees may be deducted
8. ThirdParty Costs
IT Hub is not responsible for refunds related to third party services, including:
Advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment gateways
These platforms operate under their own refund policies.
